Terms of Service

By creating an account or requesting a quote on PayFac, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

PayFac is a marketplace that connects customers with licensed insurance brokers and insurers across motor, health, life, and property policies. We facilitate quotes and transactions; we are not an insurer and do not underwrite any policy ourselves.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and maintain a single account per individual or business. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Quotes shown on PayFac are estimates supplied by third-party brokers and insurers and remain subject to their underwriting review. The final premium, coverage, and policy terms are set by the insurer; PayFac facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the resulting insurance contract.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree. Any platform fee is disclosed before you complete checkout. Refunds and cancellations follow the issuing insurer's policy terms and applicable regulatory guidelines.

You may not submit fraudulent quote requests or claims, impersonate another person or business, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or attempt to circumvent broker fees by transacting outside PayFac after a quote was sourced through us.

PayFac is not liable for an insurer's claim decisions, coverage disputes, or the conduct of brokers beyond our role in facilitating introductions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the platform is limited as set out in the full agreement.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may close your account at any time; any active policy you hold continues to be governed by its own terms with the issuing insurer regardless of your PayFac account status.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to IRDAI regulations applicable to insurance intermediation. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts named in the full agreement.
