We collect the details you provide when requesting a quote — name, contact information, and policy-specific details such as vehicle, health, or property information. Where required for KYC, we collect PAN or Aadhaar details. We also collect payment information processed through our payment partner, and basic device and usage data when you browse the marketplace.

Your information is used to generate accurate quotes, match you with licensed brokers and insurers, process policy purchases and renewals, verify your identity for IRDAI compliance, and improve the reliability of our marketplace. We do not use your data to make underwriting decisions ourselves.

We share only the data needed to fulfil a request: your quote details with the brokers and insurers you choose to engage, transaction details with our payment processor, Cashfree, and information with regulators where legally required. PayFac does not sell your personal data to third parties.

All data in transit is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, and sensitive records are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data is restricted by role-based permissions, and we run regular internal security reviews to keep the platform bank-level secure.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, download a copy of the information we hold, and opt out of marketing communications while continuing to receive service and policy-related updates.

We use essential cookies to keep you securely signed in, analytics cookies to understand how the marketplace is used, and preference cookies to remember your settings. You can manage or disable non-essential cookies from your browser at any time.

Quote and policy records are retained for as long as your account is active and afterward for the period required under IRDAI record-keeping guidelines. Once retention periods lapse, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
